WOODBRIDGE, VA— Holiness Tabernacle Church Of God In Christ plans to give away 100 turkeys for the Thanksgiving holiday, Saturday, Nov 21 beginning at 12 p.m. at 1440 Old Bridge Road in Woodbridge, VA.
The theme for this gracious event is, “Tis the Season To Give Thanks”.
The church, which recently purchased the facility, is committed to providing a helping hand to those in need in Woodbridge. “I’ve always been a firm believer that before we can meet the spiritual needs of people, we must first meet their physical needs,” said Pastor Eddie B Pruitte, who feels God has called the church to minister to the total needs of the Woodbridge community, both natural (educational, social and economical) and spiritual.
The church’s missions department also sponsors a food network program that allows people in need to purchase quality, nutritious groceries at affordable rates.
