Holiness Tabernacle Strengthened During 2013 Consecration and Fast

The congregation of Holiness Tabernacle recently concluded its annual consecration and fast which ran from January 1 to January 20, 2013.

In unity, the church fasted, read provided scriptures and met each night, excluding Mondays and Saturdays to pray and worship God.  Each night in-house speakers brought forth power-filled messages from God including the Holy Ghost, who took over nights scheduled for pre-set speakers. Their night was set to be rescheduled.  Testimonies were given on how the consecration elevated and blessed them.  Chains were broken, clouds were removed from eyes, individuals’ faith was increased and people were set free.  Hallelujah! All praises go to God!

Mother Vivian Pruitte ended the consecration service with the message, “Grow Up” taken from Genesis 29:31-35.  Mother Pruitte stated, “Leah felt unloved and bore three sons to try to get her husband to love her.  After bearing her fourth son, Judah, which means praise, Leah shifted her focus from trying to bare children to get her husband to love her to praising God.”

That’s what God wants from us.  He wants us to shift our focus from whatever is bothering us, and from things we have our eyes set on other than Him to praising him. The message was awesome.

Holiness Tabernacle is excited how God showed himself and gave the church favor during this consecration service. The church looks forward to going even higher in Him as they continue to uphold the legacy of true holiness.
