Liability Waiver: The Holiness Tabernacle Vendor and Yard Sale 2016 reserves the right to refuse registration to any vendor for any reason. Priority will be given t local businesses who register and submit payments early. We will not accept additional registrations once the event is full, even if this occurs before the registration deadline. All sales are final. No refunds. Should the event be postponed due to inclement weather, registered vendors will participate on the established rain date. By registering for the Holiness Tabernacle Vendor and Yard Sale 2016, I voluntarily participate in the event identified or use Holiness Tabernacle Church of God in Christ property. I agree for myself, my heirs, and assigns to release, hold harmless Holiness Tabernacle, their stall and volunteers from an personal injury or property loss caused by acts of omissions beyond the control of Holiness Tabernacle. I understand that Holiness Tabernacle is neither a guarantor of my safety nor an insurer against loss, and that Holiness Tabernacle's role is primarily to facilitate organization of the event. Holiness Tabernacle may use photographs and other media coverage of my participation without compensation or other permission. I also concur that any legal claims will be settled in accordance with the Code of Virginia.
