I remember that Christmas like it was yesterday. On the night of Christmas Eve, my sisters and I were so excited to open our gifts we stayed up late. We just couldn’t go to sleep because it was CHRISTMAS the next morning! Eventually, we got tired and went to sleep.
We woke up to the smell of dumplings and Ackey and salt fish. We wanted to rush downstairs and open our gifts, but unfortunately, we had to eat first. I stuffed some food into the pockets of my onesie so that I would be able to go downstairs and open my gifts faster!
Eventually, we went downstairs to open our gifts. I can’t really remember the gifts I got that Christmas, but all I know is that it was a very good Christmas!
