<p>Hello, I’m a member of Holiness Tabernacle Church Of God In Christ and my name is Roberta L. H. Jones. I would like to tell a you a little about what the Lord has done for me. When I came to Virginia, I came on a leap of faith, not knowing what the Lord had in store for me. Yes that was a bit scary. But He took care of me in Essex, Maryland. So I knew He would take care of me here in Woodbridge.</p>

When my children were younger, the enemy tried to kill me and my son, Adorren. I was six months pregnant and my husband took a baseball bat and hit me in the back of the head – his intention was to kill me. But God said, “No, you will not die today!” God has kept me and He continues to keep me. He has delivered me so many times from the hand of the enemy.</p>
<p>I thank God for leading me to Holiness Tabernacle. I have a loving pastor and church family who support me, pray for me and my family, and encourage me to continue in the Lord. I thank God for the growth He continues to work in my life. I encourage anyone who may be facing a trial to keep seeking the Lord and trust Him to bring you out. If He worked a miracle on my behalf, I know He will do the same for you.</p>
